Last night I saw the movie The Perfect Man with a couple of my friends. The movie was really cute, but it was pretty predictable. However, there was a little twist at the end.
The Perfect Man was about a girl, her mother, and her little sister who moved around a lot because her mother married so many different people that weren't right for her. Once the marriage ended they would be forced to move, and most of the time the marriages would not last for very long. Then one day they moved to Brooklyn. The girl was very sick of moving around all the time so she tried to come up with ways to get her mother to stay there. Therefore she created "the perfect man." This man sent her mother flowers and nice letters. He always said the right things at the right times. Eventually, she ended up falling in love with him. One day the girl had to tell her mother that this man didn't exist because it was beginning to be taken too far. However, she knew if she did this her mother would end up settling down with someone that was not good for her and they would end up moving again. So, she decided to try and introduce her mother to her friends uncle who she was getting all the ideas about the perfect man from.
The movie was really cute. Even though the viewer can probably tel what is going to happen at the end from the beginning there are little twists that make the movie worth watching.
